The Community

Hello, welcome to the Thrive Side Community! My name is Chinyere Kilpatrick. I am the owner and educational consultant here at Thrive Side Collective. With more than a decade of experience as an educator and education administrator, I have dedicated my career to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I hold a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction. This degree has shaped my approach to designing meaningful, research-based learning experiences.

Throughout my career, I have combined both quantitative and qualitative research methods to inform every aspect of my practice. This evidence-driven approach guides the way I construct student-centered curricula, enrichment plans, and individualized learning plans. I believe that effective education must be both data-informed and deeply human. Acknowledging each learner’s unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations is the goal!

My extensive work as an early childhood education administrator has equipped me with the expertise to develop empowering curricula. My previous work in early childhood curriculum has focused on nurturing strong academic readiness and social-emotional skills. I am committed to equipping educators and caregivers with the skills and strategies necessary to provide preschool learners with a strong foundation that fosters confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

In addition, my previous school district educator and administrator experience has given me the ability to support elementary, middle, and high school students. These experiences have enabled me to develop a clear, comprehensive, and effective consulting framework for families preparing their students for a successful future. From academic planning and skill development to college-essay guidance and writing support, I help students and their caregivers navigate each pivotal stage with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a consultant, my mission is to empower families and educators with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to support every learner’s growth. I am committed to helping students succeed not just in school, but in life!
